2007 Suisun Valley Petite Sirah

2007 Suisun Valley Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir must is cold soaked before fermentation for five to six days to extract color and flavor without any harsh or dry tannins. We chose to use one year old barrels for this wine to limit the oak character allowing the subtlety and complexity of the fruit to dominate.

Located just 12 miles East of the city of Napa, Suisun Valley has been quietly producing world class wines for over 25 years. This block of Tempranillo is newly planted and is one of the only sites in Suisun Valley producing Spanish varietals.
