2007 Suisun Valley Tempranillo
The Vineyard: All of our fruit is hand picked and hand sorted at the winery before crushing to ensure the purest expression of the Tempranillo character. The must is cold soaked before fermentation for three to four days to extract color and flavor without any harsh or dry tannins. A carefully selected combination of French and American oak brings complexity and finesse to the blend.
The Blend: 92% Tempranillo. 3% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaker: Matt Smith
