2010 Sauvignon Blanc   $16.50

The 2010 Winterhawk Sauvignon Blanc boast superb aromatics and flavors, indicative of Suisun Valley fruit. This classic Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruitiness, resulting in a varietally correct wine with characteristics of grapefruit, Meyer lemon, honey dew, grass and green herbs all framed in lively, food friendly acidity. Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh alternative to Chardonnay on the summer table when chill well and paired with goat cheese, roasted red bell peppers and grilled shrimp. Only 200 cases were produced.

2008 Verdelho                 $14.00

The Winterhawk Verdalho offers a subtle nose of candied grapefruit and apple intermixed with laurel and hay. This medium bodied white wine displays a pleasant acidity that highlights a lingering finish. Pair this wine with Spanish Tapas or spicy Asian dishes for a causal summer meal.

2009 Chardonnay            $17.00

The Winterhawk Chardonnay exhibits lush flavors of pear and apple intermixed with vanilla and butterscotch. This wine was fermented inbarrel with two different yeast strains and aged “sur lie” in French and American oak.The resulting wine is a complex, medium bodied palate with delicious fruitiness and food friendly acidity. Pair this beauty with grilled chicken breast and Thai curries.

2010 Winterhawk White  $16.00

The Winterhawk White Wine is a blend of Pinot Grigio, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier varieties. Sweet jasmine flower and apricot aromas open into nectarine, lychee fruit and pineapple core on the mid palate and culminates into an off-dry, Fuji apple finish. Serve chilled for warm weather sipping and for pairing with spicy Asian noodles or seared sea scallops.

2010 L.H. Sauvignon Blanc  $12.00

The 2010 Winterhawk Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc was fermented at cold temperatures and on the skins and as a result, developed sweet peach and honey flavors highlighted by silky mango fruit texture. Slight smoky aromatics and cantaloupe finish give the wine complexity. Serve chilled or at room temp with white chocolate desserts, carrot cake, or peach cobbler.  

2010 Rosé of Merlot        $16.50

The 20910 Winterhawk Rosé, made from 100% designated Merlot grapes, boast superb fruit in booth aromas and flavors. This off-dry Rosé from Suisun Valley offers a rich nose of ripe strawberries mixed with dark cherries and sweet plums. The intense fruit is backed by a bright and juicy palate filled with dark berries, raspberries and hints of smoke. Serve slightly chilled and pair with cheeses and fresh summer salads.

2008 Pinto Noir ~SPECIAL~ $15.00

The 2008 Winterhawk Pinot Noir is a silky and elegant light bodied wine. The bright, red berry flavors are balanced by subtle toffee and five spice aromas. A versatile food-friendly wine, try this juicy Pinot Noir with roasted duck or stuffed mushrooms. Who says you can't be pretty and smart at the same time?

2009 Zinfandel                    $18.00

The 2009 Winterhawk Zinfandel is a mouthful of dark berry jam flavors and a nose full of white pepper. Oak barrel aging balances this full bodied fruit bomb with smooth rounded tannins, depth and complexity. Try this Zin with glazed barbeque pork ribs. Who says you can’t be serious and fun at the same time?

2009 Petite Sirah                $18.50

The 2009 Winterhawk Petite Sirah boasts an inky saturated purple color and opulent, full-bodied  intensity the Suisun Valley Petites are renown for. The rich nose is laced with smokey currants and  melted licorice that transitions into a voluptuous mid-palate of blackberry intermixed with pepper and  black cherries. This wine will pair beautifully with the richest meats. Try a filet mignon with Bearnaise.

2008 Tempranillo             $18.00

Winterhawk Winery’s Tempranillo boasts a deep purple color as well as aromas of sweet tobacco and red currents. This elegantly styled, medium bodied offering exhibits layers of strawberry, cherry and allspice on the palate and a long, rich finish. Pair this wine with lamb, roasted chicken and flat iron steaks.
